Difficult question.. I am currently upgrading my hometheatre and got some smart curtains, which I really like. But all in all I would say it is my NAS since HomeAssistant is running on it and this is the heart of my hole automation. On the other hand, I had to listen in stereo for a while because of the upgrading process, what showed the benefits of surround-sound and height speakers. All in all it is the cinema experience of all components which work together :)

Favorite unique piece of hardware would have to be the 4 x ADX Maximus tactile transducers installed to the seating. You dont just hear the movie. You feel it.

Why did you choose the ADX Maximus? I've often thought about bass shakers, but have never been able to settle on what to get. I mostly see Dayton Audio now.

Also, what do you power them with?

I picked ADX because they were the best price / performance at the time. Powered with a Dayton Audio SA230 amp.

Best price / performance transducer now would have to be the Dayton Audio BST-300EX Extreme. Requires a beefier amp though like the SA1000.
