Clemens
Hi team, I just stumbled upon CineamVision and PreShow Experience yesterday. I managed to install PSE on my ShieldTV Pro, but I can't seem to figure out how to create a new sequence and what content to choose. Even the "demo" sequence just goes dark when I hit Play and then I see the "feature placeholder" for about 5 seconds before the sequence ends. Say I'd just like to play two trailers from Apple Trailers before my movie starts. How can I set up a sequence to do that? Thanks guys! Cheers Clemens
Administrator Matt Posted February 17 Administrator Share Posted February 17 We are still getting things set up here and don't have tutorials yet. I'll write back with info when I have more time.
Clemens
Thanks Matt, looking forward to it. In the meantime maybe another forum member can elaborate on how they're doing it.

SirRickie
As this is an overwhelming, but fabulous, addon, a tutorial (video perhaps) would indeed be very very helpful. I'm looking forward to it, because I really want to start with it. Before I go deeper into it : does this work only for library items or does this also work for streaming items ? Tnx. Tnx. Streaming as in Netflix & Co? Unfortunately not. Content needs to be local or within your network to be accessible through Kodi I believe. We will also be making changed to PSE to make it more user friendly and easier to get started.

The integrated apps for online streaming is just more convenient and then I side loaded Kodi. I was just tired of having to switch between so many devices to watch shows from different sources. The ShieldTV has apps for Netflix & Co as well (even AppleTV+), I just don't think you can integrate them with Kodi. I run an AppleTV 4K and a ShieldTV Pro side by side and I do use both equally often — they do both have their unique use cases. PreShow Supporter DexDeadly Posted February 28 PreShow Supporter Share Posted February 28 I believe I have seen some attempts to launch netflix and other apps on windows machines from within Kodi. We'll probably not ever see Netflix and them ever comes through Kodi. We can all dream though. It would be really nice wouldn't it.
