Thank you so much for your work. I have a ton of the CV Trivia slides that I have been using for a while. A problem I have is that for trivia all of the images show up blurry and look very low resolution. Any help is appreciated TY!

The resolution of the slides are high, but when they're shown on PreShow Experience they're a lower resolution? If yes, that is not normative. You've double checked that the files in the PSE library that are being used are in fact high resolution?

What are the images?  Please share 1 file that doesn't look good.

here is some that come up blurry. 

I took the original Cinema Vision zips and made folders in my Trivia folder and they are not blurry... so not sure what happened to these files.. The are clear when pulled up in a normal windows image viewer.

The images look fine for me in an image viewer and in PreShow.

Is there some way that thumbnails were added to the folder?  I'm not sure what else could cause this.  I'll look at a log to see if I can see anything else if you want to share one.

Quick question do you use Yates remote ??
