I came to the site 6 months ago I started trying to get preshow to work under a zdmc with nexus 20.2 without success now I'm coming back and hoping that someone can help me! I specify that I deactivated the external player in the zdmc interface to do my tests when I configure the different preshow parts with local files only, no external announcement this works but when I want to test the scene it tells me clerical error I am attaching my log and thank you to anyone who can help me

Good morning

I really need help I redid a configuration on my Android box I specify that my films are on a synology nas and that my people parchocs are locally in my box when I launch via the preshow button my parchocs are read but the film does not start and I have an error message writing consult the log!! and here I am overwhelmed I don't understand what is needed I attach my log to my message and thank you for your help Mike

This log shows that your feature module is disabled and it is unable to play from the directory that you have set up for your trailers. 

It is 100% possible that PreShow will never work on your Zidoo box.  I have a different version and can't guarantee that the setup is the same across the board.

Hello, thank you for responding to my request! the 2 elements read are ok for me, they are 2 files that I put locally on my zidoo and it is when launching the film which is on my synology nas that I receive the error message of reading and the film does not start!
