I'm working on a trivia pack based on the Get The Picture daily questions from the AFI website. Couple questions... Is JPG the preferred format or would PNG be better? What's the ideal resolution for trivia images? For each question, I want to have 3 slides: question slide with answer options; answer slide with correct option highlighted; fact slide with further info about the movie in question. So it would be QUESTION -> ANSWER -> RELATED FACT. What's the best way to name these files? Are

Hi! Long time fan of PSE and started using it on my Zidoo, but every time I create a sequence, I am not able to correctly use the action files i downloaded here to disable the Zidoo file before my sequence starts and enable it before my feature starts. Can someone show me the way to make something like this happen? I would like to play at least my feature using the Zidoo native player. Thanks!

Hi Matt, seems finally I was able to solve my random skipping issues like discussed here: https://preshowexperience.com/forums/topic/1913-feature-is-being-skipped/#findComment-2902 I disabled “allow skipping” in PSE settings. So far so good! Now I have the next issue. I am using external player in Kodi for windows. Kodi launches MPC-HC to play a file. Now it seems when starting the feature from PSE playback in external player stops after some seconds. Could it be that PSE does not get the curr

The feature is automatically skipped after 6 seconds. Not sure why this is happening.
I don't know if anyone else has experienced this and it's not a huge issue, it just makes me curious as to why it's happening.
Basically, when I play a video whether it be through PreShow Experience (Kodi) or Plex the audio takes a second or two to kick in. It's not a smooth transition when going through the sequences because you see the video playing and then all of the sudden the audio kicks in which is incredibly annoying. The audio isn't out of sync with the video, it just cuts out in the beginning of every single video I play during a PreShow Experience sequence. This will happen if I pause and unpause a video as well.
Like I said, it's not a deal breaker, it's just incredibly annoying and if there's an easy fix then I'm all ears!
