Alternate database (remote mysql or mariadb?) for PSE

There's a how-to on the kodi forums on how to do this with the movie database.  It'd probably be similar for PSE.

I already do it for the Kodi side.  PSE keeps its own DB, separate from the main Kodi one.

i use one centralized CV (=PSE) folder under the Video Share of my Syno NAS that i am using from all my clients. This works pretty well for me.

Only the DB Update needs to be executet from each individual client. I can live with that.
