Black Screen at Feature

Wondering if anyone can help. Everything with my setup works fine until i get to the main feature.

It will show the ratings bumper for the main feature and when that fades it just rains black. Any Idea 

what the problem might be? I'm running on Nvidia Shield.

We need a log to help out. 

I typically recommend the Kodi Logfile Uploader add-on for the Shield. It's in the Programs section of the Kodi repository.   I don't know if it is working right now though because of the Kodi breach. 

What is the filetype of movie are you trying to play?

Can you elaborate on what you are trying to do? Are you using a plugin to stream something from an online source? Have you gotten this to work?

Sorry I misunderstood the video format that was supposed to be used. I was under the impression that I could use the addon when streaming movies in Kodi. I didn't realize it had to be movies loaded from you personal collection. I have everything working now. thanks for your help. just trying to figure out how to setup my actions in the sequence now.
