    I tried Matt Huisman’s YouTube for Trailers, and paid for the pro version. For some reason there is a long delay in showing the trailers. I've altered the display quality etc but nothing seems to change the wait time. My immediate thought was buffering, but I think it's more than that.

    Could be you need an API for youtube. I'm having the same problem, getting APIs into the kodi pluggin for youtube on xbox is a less than ideal process. Have a look at this Personal API Keys · anxdpanic/plugin.video.youtube Wiki · GitHub
